What if driver doesn’t find me at my address?
Driver will leave a notice of maturity of shipment on which will be noted a number of package and phone number of customer service, package will be returned in nearest collection centre. You should only call customer service and suggest new delivery.

Every package recipient certifies and signs after receipt. In accordance with provisions of the Mandatory Obligations Act certificate of delivery list by the recipient it is considered that package is delivered undamaged. Recipient will indicate reference number of following documentation, and this will be proving that delivery was made.
